After one of our most successful Christmas concerts at which we performed Britten's 'Rejoice in the Lamb' and one of Haydn's lesser known - but still delightful - masses, we have now started rehearsing for our big concert of the year which will include Cherubini's Requiem at Capernwray on March 1st.
Tickets are now available from the choir and are now available to purchase online from the link below.
We are always looking forward for new singers so, although it will be too late now to join us for this concert, if you are new to the area or want to know if you can sing, (actually, everyone can sing!) it is never too late to make yourself known to the committee. We rehearse in the Borwick and Priest Hutton Memorial Hall at 7:00 on Monday evenings. Everybody is welcome so if you are already a member of the choir, please bring your friends and family; if you are not already a member, please come along and meet us and see what we do. For details of the rest of the year's programme, see the Concerts page.
